Faculties of this college hold experience in a different. Most of them hold a post-graduation and a Ph.D. degree. Some of them hold around ten years of experience in their subject areas. Apart from these things, College takes complete care of organizing guest lectures and seminars for the students to get more confidence. The faculty collectively has been a great motivating force behind the success of this institution.
They have released over 1000 papers and another 50 books with students taking an active role in researching. Besides being well-versed and experts in their domains, teachers adopt advanced teaching techniques and methodologies to impart education. Shri Santosh Choubey and the Dr. R. N. Yadava head the academic team of the university that comprises of over 50 faculty members.
