PDEA's Law College Hadapsar was established in 2002, under Pune District Education Association. The college has been approved by Bar Council of India (BCI) and is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Vision: To provide a well established place for dissemination of legal education and professional skills, so that the college becomes one of the best institutions for legal education, and is able to enhance the knowledge of students by organising academic and extracurricular activities.

PDEA's Law College Hadapsar provides several scholarships to the students, which are granted by the Government of Maharashtra. The scholarships are based upon various criteria under which scholarships related to hostel fees, and academic fees are provided, and scholarships for reserved category and tribal students are also provided. Around 50-100% of scholarships are provided under numerous scholarship schemes named as, Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DHE), Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students, Post Matric Scholarship to SBC Students, Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship, Post Matric Scholarship to VJNT Students, etc.
