RCOEM Career Development & Placement Cell facilitates employment opportunities to the students through campus placement. Various seminars are organised by the cell for enlightening the students about career opportunities, placement activities, and general requirements of the companies and prepares them to take up challenging responsibilities in the corporate world. Moreover, the college also conducts career guidance programs, conferences, campus preparation sessions, and training programs for the students. RCOEM facilitates internship programs in order to provide real time experience to the students. The cell maintains professional relationships with the companies for the successful placement process.

RCOEM has excellent infrastructure and facilities for the development of the students. The college has a lush green campus with all the necessary facilities. Classrooms of the college are well enabled with LCD projector, internet facility, etc for facilitating effective teaching - learning process. Moreover, college also gives importance to the extracurricular activities for the betterment of the students. The details of the various infrastructure facilities are described below:

• Library: The central library of the college is well equipped with a rich collection of textbooks, reference books, magazines, newspapers, national & international journals etc. The library also provides e-resources for better research and obtaining relevant knowledge. 15+ computers are available at the digital library along with an internet facility.
• Computer Center: RCOEM Nagpur has a well equipped computer center with more than 90+ updated systems connected to LAN along with a high speed internet facility. This place is enabled with CCTV’s for the security purposes.
• Hostel: RCOEM provides residential facilities to both boys and girls separately within the campus. There are 2 boy’s hostel buildings which can accommodate more than 400 students based on double occupancy and a girl's hostel which can accommodate 100+ students based on double and triple occupancy.
• Sports: For the physical development of the students, college encourages students to participate in various indoor and outdoor games activities. College provides various sports facilities such as volleyball ground, basketball court, football ground, cricket nets, and many others. The campus also has a well maintained gym for both girls and boys separately.
• Auditorium: College has a well maintained air-conditioned auditorium with all the modern amenities like LCD projector, audio visual systems, etc for organising events, conferences and other cultural programs.
