Jaipur National University was shaped into a university in the year 2007. It is one of the largest self-financed universities and private institute, which is sponsored by one of the leading trusts of Jaipur called the Mahima Shiksha Samiti. JNU University Jaipur offers around 140 programs and hasover six hundredeminent teaching faculties. JNU Jaipur has 16 schools under its roof and in all those school offers around 75 UG courses, 50 PG courses, and nearly 16 PhD courses. The list doesn’t end here as along with this the university also offers around 25 certificate and diploma courses.
The campus of JNU is one of the largest campuses in Rajasthan as it is spread in excess of 150 acres of land. The JNU’s engineering school is ranked among the top engineering colleges of the state. The university has four equipped Computer labs and in all the labs has over 1500 PCs. In addition to computer labs there are over 150 other laboratories as each department has their own labs. JNU online admissions: One can apply for their desired by filling Jaipur National University application form online on the official website of Jaipur National University. One just has to steer through for the course they are looking for under the apply now section and fill out the JNU application form. Soon, you will hear from the counsellors of the University. The counsellor would have learned about your enquiry and if they find you eligible enough, you will be asked to pay the fees and get started with your course as soon as the classes commences.
Entrance Exams: JNU has its own entrance in JNUCET for very few courses such as engineering, management, etc., For engineering the entrance comprises of questionaries from various subjects you have studied in Class 11th and 12th. To be specific, the exam papers of the entrance have 25 questions each from chemistry, physics, English and maths. All questions are objective types, so you just have to tick the answers. The cut-off list is out soon and depending on that, the students are notified whether they have made the cut or not. If you have made the cut, you will be asked to report to the campus for counselling, document verification,interviews and seat entry option allotment. All the students who pass them all, can join the course by paying the fees.
Well, JNU also invited application from abroad and for international students, there are no such things such as entrance or anything. They can apply directly and if they meet the admissions criteria, they are awarded acceptance letter and through that letter they can apply for Indian Visa. A scanned copy of which has to be sent to the JNU office and post arrival of the international students to the campus, they are guided by mentors who make them comfortable and make them feel home at the campus.
Jaipur National University scholarships are enormous as the university doesn’t just award scholarships but also some cash rewards too. The university has started a scholarship test and all the students are free to take part in that test and besides getting scholarships of 100% fee waiver can also win cash rewards up to INR 51 lakhs. The test name is JNU-JEST and a top score in that can help a student if he/she wishes to study in some foreign universities. The test is conducted online and students can give it from the home. Jaipur National University placements are taken care quite well by their dynamic placement cell. They are in charge for their entire process of placements from training to final placements they don’t leave students hands. The main recruiters of the university are various Indian leading companies and MNCs who every year don’t just pay a visit to the university, but select the candidates whom they see potential in. The university has collaboration with leading companies like Wipro, IBM, Capgemini, Infosys, Flipkart, Amazon, Stoxcart, etc.
Needless to say, that the university’s engineering school get the best recruitment which is followed by its management school, pharmacy, and others. The placements procedure is robust at JNU as the training cell conducts interviews, provides much needed internships, and make workshops available for the students. They also maintain a record of all the students who gets placed and who are left. The placement cell tries their best in placing the students and therefore the percentage of students getting placed is always higher at JNU. The 2022 batch saw the highest placement of INR 27 lakhs being awarded to a student.

Health Facilities – After Covid, health sector in India has been given a major push but the university already had a 110-bed hospital inside the campus which was allotted to government during the trying times in Covid.
Transportation – To make sure that students and staff from Jaipur don’t find commuting problem, the university runs a fleet of buses from the campus. The buses run in all the major areas of the Pink city and both day scholars and staffs are allowed to use the university buses.
Open Air Theatre – Since, the university organizes a fleet of events, a world-class open-air theatre was indeed the need of the hour. The university has therefore built an open-air theatre that stages rock band performances, valedictory ceremonies, and all the festivals that are celebrated inside the campus.
Sports - Before discussing sports facilities that the university has so and so ground and is used for playing so and so sport. JNU is one of those rare campuses in India where even a sport like Rugby is played. Qualified instructors and coaches have been hired to train the students who are interested in playing Rugby or for that matter any sport of their choice.
