OIM Navi Mumbai has a Placement Cell that works for strengthening industry-institute partnership. The Cell creates internship opportunities and job opportunities for the students. It organises placement oriented training programs for the students. Some of these programs are listed below:

• Resume building workshops: These workshops are organised for guiding the students in preparing an effective resume that includes their skills, experience, and achievements.
• Skill Development Program: This program is organised so that the students can improve their communication skills, leadership skills, and time management skills. The program lays its emphasis on emotional intelligence and overall personality development of the students.
• Career Counseling Session: This session is organised to guide students about job opportunities and higher studies.
• Aptitude test preparation: It focuses on improving logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, and verbal reasoning of the students.
• Group Discussion Session: It prepares the students to express their ideas, present their opinions, and listen carefully to the discussion.
• Mock Interview Session: It prepares students for job interviews in real life.

The Placement Cell organises campus placement drives. It has tie-ups with various industries which visit the campus to hire students. Some of the companies that visit are: Axis Bank, Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, Reliance, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro Finance, HDFC Bank, IDFC First Bank, SBI Life, HDB Financial Services, etc.
