The NGI provides many facilities to the students starting from library to computer center, laboratories to upgrade their knowledge in their field. • Library: NGI's libraries serve as Knowledge Resource Centers, housing over 55,000 books, periodicals, national and international journals, and CD-ROMs for academic studies and research. The staff is always available for quick references, and use the latest software like SAS, PROWESS, and ORACLE for data analysis, web technologies, and software design training, helping to prepare students for professional careers.
• Laboratories: The laboratory provides facilities for testing the strength and suitability of building materials for different uses. It provides various testing services, including material testing, building material testing, refractory material testing, and geological material testing.
• Computer Center: The computer centre is equipped with essential teaching tools to enhance demonstrations and presentations. It provides 24/7 internet access allowing students to explore the world and improve their computer knowledge. The centre has computers connected via a local area network (LAN), with two servers and over 2000 systems, making learning more engaging and informative.
