The Career Development Cell (CDC) at IIMT Group of Colleges has the responsibility of equipping students with necessary skills to secure employment. It focuses on developing students' aptitude, employability and demonstration skills. It provides various platforms to the students where they can showcase their skills and get better opportunities. Career counseling sessions are conducted to mentor students to improve their decision making skills and create a roadmap for their career. Personality development classes are conducted to enhance the overall personality of students and helps them gain confidence and achieve self esteem. PDP sessions are organised in order to improve communication skills, reasoning skills, interview skills and other important skills that can add to the growth of an individual. The campus of IIMT is located in lush green surroundings of Greater Noida. The campus is aesthetically designed and follows a student friendly approach while offering the facilities. • Library: The library of IIMT is well equipped and plays a very important role in offering wide learning resources to the students. The library is spacious, well stocked having over 500,000 publications and more than 600 national and international journals in various fields. The library also provides online databases which are helpful for conducting research activities.
• Computer Labs: The computer labs are air conditioned and well equipped and are designed in a way to provide efficient infrastructural facilities at the campus. The computer systems are updated with the latest software and hardware helping the students to develop their skills.

• Hotels: IIMT Group of Colleges offers residential facilities for both boys and girls separately at the campus.
