G H Raisoni University has the Career Guidance and Placement Cell which provides every student with employment possibilities that provide them an edge in the labour market. A variety of soft skills, fellowships, projects, industry visits, and orientation programs will be used to guide students during each semester.

The objectives/ goals of TP cell are:

• Connect with businesses and start-ups in various industries to take advantage of opportunities
• Create a market in the industry for students for future
• Maintain the company databases and creation of strategic alliances for recruiting on campuses
• Work together and schedule meetings with the TPOs and HR department
• Sustain corporate relationships with past and prospective recruiters

The top recruiters at the campus are Reliance Digital, Hexaware, Sagar Industries, Symbiotic Pharma Lab, Utkarsh Bank, Venkatesh Food Industries, ICICI Bank, Jayshree Polymers, TCS, AU Small Finance Bank, Berger Paints, Colgate, LG, Infosys, Wipro, Code Nation, IBM, Accenture, CSIR-NCL, and Green India Champion Agro Ltd.

The university hosts a variety of workshops, including ones on writing resumes and aptitude tests. Students may participate in internships in accordance with the departments' or institutions' programs. The university hosts campus drives and welcomes relevant businesses for a variety of employment profiles. Within a certain amount of time, the student receives placement-related information. 

G H Raisoni University has the academic building which features classrooms with the newest audio-visual systems, a canteen, meeting rooms, IT laboratory, a video lab, as well as a conference hall, staff rooms, and proper lecture halls with projectors. It features:

Auditorium: Over 350 people can sit in the well-equipped auditorium as the auditorium is roomy and the halls are beautifully equipped. This auditorium acts as a location for conferences, workshops, and seminars, has all the amenities to improve the learning and is a sizable area that meets the needs of high-quality education. The auditorium has equipment for giving lectures, including LCD projectors, screens, and whiteboards.

Smart Classrooms: All departments at the university have their own well-equipped smart classrooms. The smart classroom aids in the modernization of the outdated educational system. This technology not only facilitates an engaging presentation but also gives more learners in the classroom the opportunity to participate in and gain from interactive learning. Students can exhibit their projects, movies, lectures, etc. with the help of the visual aids. 

Sports: With the help of sporting activities, students can create and gain a wide range of advantages. The campus has incorporated the best sporting amenities into its educational program. The campus has every type of field needed for outdoor sports like cricket, football, basketball, and badminton. The best indoor sports facilities, including Table Tennis and Chess are included for the students.

Canteen: One of the main hubs of student conversation and chatter are the canteens and cafeterias, where you may find the majority of students. It is essential for releasing tension and reviving students. The college canteen is relatively new and offers a sufficient selection of good meals at reasonable prices. All students' tastes are catered to at GHRU's large, beautiful, and modern canteens and cafeterias. 100 students can comfortably be seated at once in canteens.

Library: In order to support and promote the teaching, education, and research projects of the Institute, the library serves as the university's core.  The library is accessible to all students, professors, and staff members and is well-stocked with the most recent books, CDs/DVDs, and research papers. The print collection consists of publications including books, dissertations, research papers, legal analyses, journals, etc. The library offers a good selection of books for soft skill development in addition to publications for academic reading.

Hostels: The sports grounds and lovely green grass of the campus encircle the hostels. The management of the hostel is under the control of a warden or hostel in-charge. The canteen at the hostel serves students hygienic, high-quality food that has been cooked by chefs. The hostel mess serves very well and nutritious meals. The mess accommodates the diverse cuisine interests of the students from various locations. To ensure that all students have access to reliable Wi-Fi, it has installed Wi-Fi equipment in every space. Pool/ Snooker/ Billiards area, TV lounge Room for table tennis and music and reading rooms are also there. A multipurpose fitness centre has been set up for total fitness, including cardio and weight training.

Others: The camera is one of the best technological advancements that consistently provide security. As a result, the campus has installed a circuit of TV cameras all around the campus. The college has many clubs like Trekking Club, Dance Club, Archery Club, Toast Master Club, Music Club, Coders Club, and Robotics Club. Two computer vans, each holding a total of 17 computers, are part of the process. All areas of education are thoroughly covered by the teachers' extensive knowledge. They provide computer literacy through these vans to the villagers and women in nearby areas.
