For this purpose, VIPS Rajahmundry has a Training & Placement Cell that puts efforts in grooming students’ personalities according to the current trends and expectations of the industry. The renowned personalities of the pharmaceutical industry get invited to provide insights of their experiences and corporate environment. The management personalities are also invited to train students through conducting workshops on Interpersonal Skills, Personality Development, Memory Management, Communication Skills, Time Management, etc.

The Institute has a beautiful campus that has been spread over an area of around 2 acres. The campus has been built according to the rules and standards of the PCI and AICTE. It has around 3 Academic Floors that are equipped with lecture halls, laboratories, seminar halls, and other essential facilities. All the classrooms of the institute are equipped with facilities like LCD projectors, Sound System, Screen, Internet Connectivity, etc. There is a separate Machine Room within the campus that provide students knowledge about machines used by the pharmaceutical industry for quality control and production purposes. The other facilities available within the campus are mentioned below:

• Library: There is a Central Library within the institute’s premises that consists of several sections like Journals Section, Audio-Video Room, Discussion Room, Bound Volume Section, Circulation Section, Reference Section, Reprographic Section, Digital Library, etc. All these sections provide different facilities to students. The library also offers Photocopying and printing facilities.
• Laboratories: To teach students about practical and research concepts of Pharmaceutical Science, the campus has advanced laboratories equipped with relevant machines and tools.
• Auditorium: To conduct various cultural programs smoothly, the campus has an Auditorium that has a seating capacity for around 500 students.
• Canteen: It is spread over an area of approximately 2000 sq. ft. and has a capacity to serve around 500 students and faculties. Here students can find a wide variety of vegetarian food that includes both South and North Indian Food. There are Café Corners in the campus that carter the hunger requirement of students and staff.
• Hostel: The institute provides Accommodation Facilities for its students within the premises. It ensures that students feel homely here. The facilities provided here include Mess, Indoor & Outdoor Games, Gym, etc.
• Sports: The institute has provision for Indoor and Outdoor sports facilities. It has facilitated required infrastructure and facilities for various sports. The institute also organises Annual Sports Day and Inter Department Sport Events for students to enhance their sporting skills and spirit.
• Transportation: To provide safe and convenient transport facilities, the institute has appointed buses for students and staff.
