Sri Padmavathi School of Pharmacy

A Placement Cell is present at the college called SPSP Training and Placement Cell which organises various activities to assist students in providing exposure to job opportunities. The Placement Cell conducts Industrial Training and Pre-Placement talk that is carried further by campus placements. The Cell also keeps the data of companies where alumni were placed and share information of many job opportunities with students.

Previously, the companies which have recruited the students include Episource, Glenmark, Glaxosmithkline, Omega Healthcare, Syneos Health, IQVIA, Navya care Network Private, Optum Health and technology, AGS Health Care, Apollo Hospitals, etc.

Padmavathi pharmacy college Tirupati is developed on approximately 1.5 acres of land and offers various facilities for students’ convenience and growth including fully-furnished classrooms with seating capacity for around 100 people. The classrooms have all the required modern facilities namely digital & OHP Projectors, podiums, cameras, and free Wi-Fi access.

Other available amenities are mentioned below:

• Library: There is a central library and department-specific libraries are present at the campus with resources like books and periodicals. The library is fully automated and also provides access to a number of e-resources such as DELNET, National Digital Library of India (NDLI), where students can get books and e-journals. Furthermore, a locker system facility is also available for students in the library.
• Laboratories: Well-equipped laboratories with all the required facilities and instruments are present in the college to provide students with practical experience.
• Seminar Hall: Sri Padmavathi School of Pharmacy has an air-conditioned seminar hall with a seating capacity of 500 people. The hall is named as ‘Dr. P. Mohan Rao Memorial Seminar Hall.’ Guest lectures, National level conferences, Workshops, Symposia, and various other activities are organised in the seminar hall.
• Hostel: The College only facilitates a girls’ hostel which is Wi-Fi enabled and has tight security. Moreover medical assistance is provided to the students by the hostel.
• Sports: Sports ground and court available for students. It includes outdoor and indoor games like chess, carom, volleyball, kabaddi, table tennis, football, soft ball, cricket, kho-kho, badminton, tennikoit etc.
• Other Facilities: Auditorium, Cafeteria, central Instrumentation room, Machine room, Animal House, etc.
