The main purpose of conducting the Placement process by the college is to provide students with several career opportunities to make their future successful and bright. The activities organised at the college for placement procedure try to meet the corporate requirements by training students. The Summer Internship Programs are arranged for MBA and PGDM students where they have to work as an intern in a company for 6-8 weeks between April and June.
Training Programs designed by industry experts are also organised to groom the personality of students. The faculty members arrange behavioural and soft skill training sessions to enhance the employability capabilities of students. To groom students in industry-specific employability capabilities, the students are encouraged to participate in Technical Training Sessions.

IMRT has got its approval from reputed Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and has affiliation with Lucknow University. The institute located in Gomti Nagar Heart of the city, Lucknow offers several undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The management is currently working under Dr. Sarvendra Vikram Singh who is serving as the Director.
