Faculty members of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam are highly qualified and vastly experienced. Most of the faculties teaching here have completed their PhDs and most of them completed their M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology. Some teachers prefer to teach in blackboards while others prefer PPTs. Blackboards and facilities for PPTs are present here in our institute. Teachers are very approachable and friendly.
