The Placement Cell of St. Aloysius envisions assisting students to fulfil their career objectives. Its mission is to make them industry ready by providing them training and guidance to enhance their reasoning skills, interpersonal skills, aptitude skills, leadership skills, reasoning skills, communication skills, etc. The various training programs help students in discovering their interested areas and put efforts towards developing a strong profile in that particular direction. The cell provides all the supportive facilities to conduct Pre-Placement Talks, Group Discussions, Interviews, etc.

The university’s campus has a sustainable environment as it has been designed with various initiatives for decreasing energy consumption and using renewable natural resources. This environment provides students a positive space to learn new things both in terms of academic and non-academic practices. The University also has an ICT Enabled System that meets the varied teaching and learning requirements. Students of St. Aloysius are provided with following facilities:

• Library: The key purpose of establishing a library is to provide students access to various printed and digital resources of different areas. It is a fully automated library with KOHA integrated management system and RFID technology. It also has OPAC facilities. There are Reference and Periodical sections in the library. Digital Library facilities are also available in the library.
• Laboratories: The different lab facilities available in the campus include Science Labs, Language Lab, Psychology Lab, Commerce Lab, Research Lab, Animation Lab, Biochemistry Lab, Microbiology Lab, Botany Lab, Zoology Lab, Chemistry Lab, Computer Lab, etc.
• Hostel: The hostels in the main campus of the university are segregated into UG hostel and PG hostel. It also facilitates separate hostel facilities for girls and boys. The facilities available in the hostel include Mess Halls, Common Study Hall, Library, Recreation & Games, Mentoring & Counselling Sessions, Hot Water, Purified Drinking Water, etc.
• Sports: There is a Department of Physical Education that supervises indoor and outdoor sports activities. It encourages students to participate in National, State, and University level tournaments to prepare them as competent sports persons or athletes. The sports facilities available in the campus include Badminton Court, Gymnasium, Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, Volleyball Court, Football Court, Cricket Ground, Hockey Field, Swimming Pool, etc.
• Listening and Learning Centre: Here counselling sessions are provided to the students under the supervision of experienced psychologists. This facility is provided to the students to enhance emotional, social, personal, and academic development.
