The Placement Cell of the college acts as a mediator between the corporate and students. Valuable placement opportunities are provided to the students in reputed organisations. Awareness programs are organised for spreading knowledge about different career options and helping students in choosing the right option for a bright future. Training and development programs enable students to develop employment skills. The college is connected with INTERNSHALA for providing internship opportunities to the students with the objective to facilitate practical exposure to the students.

The placement companies of RKMRC Kolkata are PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), HSBC, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Spica Systems, Planet Spark, and many other prestigious organisations.

RKMRC students are provided with excellent facilities within the campus. Spacious classrooms with ICT facilities are provided to the students. A conference room for conducting various seminars, conferences, etc is available with all the basic facilities. Students in the college are provided with following infrastructure and facilities:

• Library: The College has a central library and 12 other departmental libraries. The college central library is equipped with a large collection of around 90,061 books, 30+ national & international journals, magazines, references, newspapers, periodicals, and many other resources. Students can access the e-journals and e-books in the digital library of the college. In the digital library, there are more than 40 computer systems with internet facilities. Book bank facility and printing facility is also available.
• Laboratories: The campus has various well equipped laboratories for facilitating practical experiments by the students in their respective subjects. Some of the labs are computer lab, chemistry research lab, physics lab, and many others. Lab assistants are available for guiding students.
• Hostel: The College has well equipped 4 buildings providing accommodation facilities to the students which are named as “Brahmananda Bhavana”, “Gouranga Bhavana”, “Ramakrishnanda Bhavana”, and “Adbhutananda Bhavana”. The hostels have mess facility which provides vegetarian and non-vegetarian food to the students and also have a dining hall in each hostel. Moreover, there are various other facilities such as common rooms, indoor games facilities, study hall, gym, and many other facilities.
• Sports: The College has ample space to organise various sports like football, badminton, cricket, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, carom, etc. The Sports Committee provides adequate sports facilities and also organises various sports events & tournaments throughout the year. Multi-gym facility is provided to the students within the college campus.
• Medical Facilities: The college Ashrama has a well maintained hospital that is named as “Arogya Bhavana” which is equipped with more than 25 beds and provides 24/7 medical services. Moreover, the college campus has an Ayurvedic dispensary. Qualified doctors are available to provide medical care to the students.
•  Auditorium: To conduct events, webinars, placement drives, conferences, and many other programs, the college has a spacious and well equipped auditorium with multimedia facilities like LCD projectors, audio visual sound systems, and many others.
