MGC Gaya has a Placement Cell for providing job assistance to the students through campus placement. Various training and development programs are organised by the cell to enhance the technical and soft skills of the students. Counselling programs are arranged by the cell to guide students and assist them in selecting the right career options. Expert talks, seminars, workshops, group discussions, industrial visits, skill development programmes, mock interview sessions, etc are facilitated by the cell to make students industry ready. By maintaining its professional relationship with the renowned companies, the cell bridges the gap between industry and students. Internship opportunities are provided to gain real time exposure in the practical world.

MGC is situated at a vibrant location which has adequate infrastructure and facilities for the academic development of the students. College has fully furnished classrooms which are enabled with ICT facilities for providing e-learning to the students. For organising workshops, meetings, conferences, events, etc a well equipped seminar hall is available in the campus with all the required facilities. State of art infrastructure and facilities of the college are mentioned below:

• Library: In the college campus, a well built library is available which is equipped with a number of books, magazines, national and international journals, newspapers, references, back volumes, e-books, and many other learning resource materials. Reading hall is available in the library with a proper seating arrangement. 
• Computer Lab: MGC Gaya has computer labs which are equipped with the latest and updated systems. Wi-Fi facility is available in the labs with high speed internet connectivity to facilitate uninterrupted computing facilities.
• Laboratories: The College has department wise laboratories which are managed by trained lab technicians and lab assistants. The laboratories have all the required equipment and facilities to provide practical knowledge to the students.
• Sports: College gives importance to physical development of the students. Proper sports infrastructure and facilities are available for organising sports events and activities. Indoor and outdoor games are organised by the college such as badminton, volleyball, table tennis, chess, carom, kabaddi, kho-kho, football, wrestling, cricket, etc.
