Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

One of the best things about this university is its infrastructure. The campus is spread over a large area with greenery all around with labs, sports complex, state of the art library and auditoriums. There are separate spaces for various sports like wrestling, badminton and boxing. The overall vibe of the campus is good. The hostel infra seems to be not well maintained by the students. Although the authorities have made good hostels and hostel complexes.

There are almost no clubs and events in the campus and also you will find the authorities not conducting any fresher’s parties, etc. Most of the fun here comes by spending time with your friends and planning your own activities. Overall you won't find any issues for yourself unless you choose to be involved in bad activities. Get involved in studies and friendly fun and I’d say it's not bad at all. One big positive is the infrastructure of the university, well maintained, quite spacious, and well built, spread across 600 acres, a really nice library, all the departments spread all around, many beautiful parks and all maintained. There is a lot of greenery and a very nice sports infrastructure, a swimming pool, separate, wrestling, boxing, badminton and other sports and two big auditoriums. Overall you will be satisfied with the campus infrastructure.

You will be surprised to know that you won't find the college celebrating any major fest; neither will you get to experience an official fresher’s party, nothing much from the authorities. all you'll enjoy here is by yourself and your friends.Read Full Review

Campus has a huge area. Campus includes library, multiple reading hall, sports complex, and different buildings for each department. Sports facilities include swimming pool, athletic track, cricket, squash, basketball, volleyball, and football. The campus has facilities for the student who are preparing for services selection board. Campus has student activity center, rose garden, and parking facilities.

Campus life is very good various fest are organised in the university from time to time- including induction program, rang bahar, diwali fest, Holi fest, cultural fest, sportech event, etc. The campus has various student organisations that help students if they need it. Some students organisation are INSO (Indian national student organization), NSUI (national student union of India), ABVP, etc.Read Full Review
