The Training and Placement Cell of MREM guides students to choose the right career path. Career development programs are offered by the cell to prepare students for campus interviews. Seven Day training programs are arranged by cell for increasing the soft skills of the students such as personality development, communication skills, interview techniques, etc. Proper infrastructure facilities are available in the placement centre of the college to facilitate campus placement. The college maintains professional relationships with the renowned companies for providing employment opportunities to the eligible students. Pre-placement talks and guest lectures are conducted for the students by industry experts and professionals. Industrial visits enable students to gain practical knowledge about the corporate world.

The college is developed on 10 acres of land which is surrounded with greenery. Classrooms in the campus are spacious and designed with all the basic facilities to facilitate effective learning for the students. • Central Library: The library is built on 750 square meter area and equipped with a vast collection of 32,000+ books, 80+ national journals, 10+ international journals, 15+ magazines, 1000+ project reports, 5+ newspapers, 14,000+ e-journals, 20,000+ e-books, 750+ back volumes, etc. This place has a seating capacity of around 150 students. Digital library and book bank facility is also provided to the students. 
• Laboratories: Each department in MREM has their own well equipped laboratories with required equipments to facilitate practical knowledge and learning to the students in the respective discipline. The laboratories are business communication lab, power systems lab, control systems lab, C++ programming lab, and many other laboratories.
• Hostel: Residential facilities are provided to the students. The hostel has fully furnished and spacious rooms with basic amenities according to the needs of the students. In the hostel, quality and hygienic food is served to the students. Various facilities are available in the hostel such as medical services, hot water supply, indoor games facility, laundry services, round the clock security, general stores, etc.
