Kongunadu Arts and Science College hostels have different buildings for boys and girls which have all basic facilities. The hostels create a friendly environment for the students to live together and enhance their knowledge with exposure to different cultures.

Kongunadu Arts and Science hostel rooms are fully furnished. The inmates are provided with a wide range of options from single occupancy deluxe rooms to eight bedded rooms.

Kongunadu Arts and Science hostel food and menu are decided by the mess committee which gets elected by the scholars. The kitchen is properly equipped with steam heating so that healthy food is provided. Students can avail of unlimited food and milk. For Kerala students, rice is prepared every day. In the case of festivals, a special dinner is prepared. Clean and separate dining halls are present in the hostels.
