NIT Jalandhar Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

There are 3 hostels for first year students. One is Bh1, second is Bh2 and the last is Bh5. Bh1 and bh2 have 4-seater hostels and bh5 have 2-seater hostels. Overall, the facilities of hostels are above average, and food is also good and hygienic.Read Full Review

Three hostels are allotted for first year students. These are BH1, BH2 and BH5. BH1 and BH2 are 4-seater room with a good food quality as compared to BH5. BH5 is 2-seater hostel. BH1 has a good garden area. Computer rooms are also provided in every hostel along with reading room.

NIT, Jalandhar has 10 boy’s hostel and three girl’s hostel. I have got BH-1 for first year and the facilities here are way better than what I have imagined from any hostel. I have never dreamt that I could get such delicious food in any hostel mess. I never felt need to go to cafeteria to have a lunch or breakfast. We get three meals in a day and snacks in the evening. The Hostel also has a badminton court, volleyball court and indoor games room. The institute also has different reading rooms and computer labs. There are about 10 to 12 computers and all have I7 processor and CP, which is fantastic and marvelous.Read Full Review
