My overall experience at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is really good till now. the serene vibes and the cool and calm atmosphere of the area is just wonderful. The students are really ambitious and are really hard working. The people here are really good. Factors because of which I chose this particular university is because of placements and also because of the NAAC A+ grade in academics. The fields and subjects I have here are the best. They build a strong foundation as well as a really well stream and course planned syllabus. Overall the college is better than most private Universities in Uttrakhand. The faculty is good at teaching. UPES provides internship opportunities which are also to be taken in consideration when applying here. I chose UPES because of their placements and the location of college. In UPES, the teachers are very helpful and the campus ambience is very serene calm and beautiful. It is free from the city rush. It UPES regularly conducts fests and workshops for the students. I found the zero tolerance policy towards the ragging very helpful. You can play sports of your choice. Even if you are a newbie the other students will treat you nicely.Read Full Review
