SUAS believes that education is a right of every student and financial situation should not become a barrier between their education and dreams. With this thought, the university provides scholarship for student belonging to EWS (Economically Weaker Sections). The scholarship is gender neutral and given to students who are residents of Madhya Pradesh state and whose family income is equal to or less than Rs. 8 lacs per annum. This scholarship is applied on all the UG programs offered here and on a certain percentage scored in 10+2.

SUAS was established under the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam of 2007. Students need to submit the admission form with the required documents, to begin the selection process. SUAS admission process is well managed and based on the eligibility criteria followed by a personal interview. Students can join the institution by qualifying in national level entrance exams or SAET entrance exams with eligible marks. During the academic session, students need to maintain at least 75% of attendance to appear in the final examination.
