Established in 1981, the State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (SIHMCT) Tiruchirappalli, was formerly known as Food Craft Institute (FCI). The Institute is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT).
Vision: The Institute has a vision to become the first preference for Hospitality education and training.
