The university has established a Training & Placement Office to develop various employment opportunities for the students. This office works in converting the young minds of the students in smart and accountable workforce. It focuses on providing quality internship programs and placement opportunities to the students as it maintains professional relations with the recruiting organisations and companies. For placement, the organisation invites multi-national and national companies for on and off-campus placement drives. However, for internships, the university provides on-campus and online internship programs. This office works to impart practical knowledge to the students by organising seminars, expert talks, webinars, conferences, workshops, etc. Apart from this, it also prepares the students for HR rounds by conducting mock interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions.

The list of companies that visit IIITN for the purpose of placement is Adobe, Capgemini, Deloitte, Infosys, Delhivery, TCS Digital, IBM, Xpressbees, Samsung, L&T InfoTech, Zycus, Jio, IBM, etc.

The university is built in an area of 100 acres of land and it is located at Regional Telecom Training Center (RTTC), beside Balaji Temple Seminary Hills. The campus of the university is 25 km away from the city of Nagpur and provides safe and sound learning environment to the students. The university provides a ragging-free and healthy environment to the students. The university has established various cells and committees like Grievance Committee SC/ST Cell, Anti-Ragging Committee, Internal Complaint Committee, Equal Opportunity Cell, etc. that look after the issues of the students inside and outside the campus. To provide entertainment and co-curriculum activities to the students, the university has formed various clubs like Dance club, Music club, Art club, Innovation club, etc. The infrastructure of the university is modern and provides full-fledged services and facilities to the students like smart classrooms, guest houses, and 24x7 internet facilities, along with other amenities like:

• Laboratories: To facilitate the students with practical learning and training, the university has established a range of laboratories with advanced tools and equipment. Some labs present on the university’s campus are the Microprocessor lab, Control System lab, Database lab, Nano SciTech lab, Data Structure & Algorithm lab, Communication lab, etc.
• Library: The University provides its students with an excellent and well-stocked library facility that fulfills the entire academic and research needs of the students. The library provides both print and digital academic resources to the students. It has a comfortable and well-lit reading area with internet facilities. The library consists of books, national & international journals, periodicals, theses, dissertations, e-books, e-journals, online database, newspapers, and magazines.
• Hostel: The University facilitates the students coming from far away location by providing them with modern and furnished accommodation services. There is a hostel block in the campus that contains 10 floors and can accommodate up to 1400+ students. The hostel provides spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms to the students on the basis of First Come First Serve with Wi-Fi connectivity, cleaning facility, and 24x7 water & electricity supply. For the entertainment of the hostellers, the hostel has a common TV room, a reading room, music room, etc. Mess facilities are also provided in the hostel that fulfills the hunger needs of the hostellers.
• Sports: The University provides its students with world-class sports infrastructure and facilities. It provides a range of indoor and outdoor games to the students with all the advanced equipments and training coaches. Apart from games, a well-equipped gymnasium is also present on the campus of the university.
