The BCDA Members Benevolent Trust established the BCDA College of Pharmacy and Technology in 2006. The BCDA full form is Bengal Chemist and Druggists Association. The private educational institution is affiliated to MAKAUT and approved by The Pharmacy Council of India. The college is approved and recognised by AICTE and offers undergraduate and post-graduate courses in Pharmacy.
Mission: The college aims to become a premium institution for pharmaceutical learning and produce future generations of professionals with the highest ethical standards. Simultaneously, the organisation tries to instil entrepreneurial instincts among the students to bridge the gap between the pharmaceutical industry, academic and healthcare system.

Admission Process:
The BCDA College of Pharmacy & Technology accepts state government-approved scholarships offered to the students. This includes Kanyashri, Aiykashri’s etc. The college also supports the student credit card facility offered by the state government.
Apart from securing scholarships to study here, there are numerous candidates who have successfully completed the undergraduate and post-graduate courses from the college and earned scholarships for higher studies from various foreign universities. There is a training and placement cell at BCDA College of Pharmacy & Technology. The aim of this division is to help students identify and achieve their career objectives.
