Learning from them is itself a great opportunity the students of Nair College could have. The faculty is much disciplined and expects the same discipline from the students too. They are strict but if the time comes, they are great friends to be with. The college staff has helped me in so many ways as a teacher as well as a friend, at times. I shouldn't say anything about teaching because the staff being so fine and knowledgeable itself explains that they are great teachers too. Nair Dental College being one of the reputed colleges gets invitation to participate in every conference that is happening related to Dentistry, all over Asia. It is not hard to accept that performance of students is depend on teachers. Hence it is very important to have good faculty members. Nair Hospital Dental College has very experienced and talented teaching staff. Teachers have very keen knowledge of subjects. Teachers are essential part of academics but it is also very important to have lab assistants who are cooperative and with good practical understanding of subjects and we are very lucky to have that. Teachers give their best to look after every student. Practical is performed very strictly and regularly and students have to maintain their attendance compulsorily.
