Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institutions’ hostel provides residential facilities within the college campus. There are four hostels on the campus. Hostel facility is mandatory for scholars other than Bareilly city.

• Shri Laxmi Bhushan Varshney can accommodate 540 boys
• New P.G. hostel can accommodate 250 scholars
• Revati Girls Hostel can accommodate 368 girls
• Er. Subhash Mehra can accommodate 525 boys

Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institution's hostel rooms are well furnished. Single, double, and triple-sharing rooms are provided. Bed, mattress, study tables, and fans are provided in each room. A guest house is provided for the visitors attending the scholars.

Nourishing and good quality food is served to the scholars. Only vegetarian food is served. The college provides mess facilities to the scholars and is managed by the committee.
