Christ University Lavasa

Christ University has a Placement Cell which assists, supports, and guides the students. The Cell provides training which helps the students enhance their skills and knowledge catering to the requirements of the industry. Mock interviews, workshops, seminars, group discussions, etc. are conducted. It provides career counseling, organises campus interviews, and provides internship and job opportunities to the students.

Christ University Lavasa campus is located in the middle of Sahyadri Mountains which provides a serene environment to nurture the students. The campus is designed in an aesthetic manner and provides state-of-the-art infrastructure to facilitate holistic development of the students. The University provides different facilities to the students such as laboratories, IT services, and many more which are as follows:

• Library: There are 2 libraries which are known as General Library and Knowledge Centre which has a vast collection of 10000+ Books, Journals, 20+ Periodicals, Back Volumes, Question Bank, Magazines, Newspapers, Databases, 14+ e-Resources, e-Journals, e-Books, etc. It also provides services such as reprographic services, reference services, book bank services, internet, and lockers for personal belongings, etc.
• Mediation and Prayer Hall: The Lavasa campus has 2 mediation and prayer halls which can accommodate 200+ persons.
• Meeting Halls: The campus has a conference room situated in the Management Block and is used for guest lectures. There is also an outdoor auditorium which is used to conduct departmental and institutional programs and can accommodate 2000+ members. The other auditorium can accommodate 200+ members and is equipped with audio-video facility. It is used to conduct workshops, conferences, etc. The campus also has open-air theaters, amphitheater, mini auditoriums, and galleries which are used to host cultural and academic events.
• Canteen: There are 2 spacious canteens at the central block and management block which can accommodate 500+ members. It has a hygienic ambience and offers South Indian, Chinese, and North Indian cuisine. The canteen offers quality lunch, snacks, breakfast, tea, fruit juices, coffee, etc. at affordable rates. The campus also has a CCD outlet.
• Mini – Mart: The campus has a mini store which caters to the requirements of the students by offering them essential commodities, stationery items, gifts, electronics, and snacks. It also has photocopying facilities, and a coffee machine which offers hot beverages to the students.
• Hostel: The students pursuing Graduation and Post Graduation are offered with accommodation facilities. The hostels have furnished rooms, TV, mess, recreational facilities, common room, and all the basic amenities.
• Transportation: The students are provided with transportation facilities within Lavasa. This can also be used for field trips, industrial visits, and inter-campus visits.
• Sports: Students are encouraged to participate in tournaments and league competitions organised by the campus. They are also provided with indoor and outdoor sports facilities such as Chess Board, Carrom Board, Basketball Court, Football Ground, etc. The campus also has a Fitness Centre which is equipped with modern equipment and an on-campus trainer.
