Institute of Management Studies has a faculty for placements that updates the students about the corporate job sector and makes them ready to face any upcoming challenges by talking to the students about their field of interest and making them aware by giving job descriptions, this is known as pre-placement talk. Then they conduct a test known as the Written Aptitude Test to understand the nature of the student.
