Overall, the infrastructure is really good with availability of all facilities like IT lab, library, commerce lab, conference room, quadrangle, etc. It's a 5 storey building with well maintained classrooms with smart boards. Club activities keep taking place on the terrace and classrooms. It's located in Churchgate which gives you an amazing atmosphere and learning environment.

Students from different parts of the country come to H.R College for their studies. Every year, the college has strength of 2000-2500 students. You will find very good clubs to enroll in and make college time exciting and develop skills. If the college building can’t entice you, I am sure the interior will definitely do. One building is all that the college is left with but inside the building, you have all that the nearby colleges have. A well-maintained library. A green room or refreshment room whatever you can call it. A canteen that will take some doing to get your order completed as it is often loaded with students. The air-conditioned classrooms and the comfortable benches made it easier to sit in the classes. The luxury cars that the college students can be seen parked outside the college as inside the campus there’s hardly any space.

HR is not strict about the attendance and for every CA aspirant I think HR is the best. Apart from submissions and internals, I hardly went to the college and therefore missed a lot of campus life. I still regret it today. You will see students running here and there as all students are dedicated in whichever field they are. I don’t know whether you can learn anything else or not but you will definitely learn the time management skills with HR. I only know how I managed by time at the college as I was also pursuing CA at the same time. The college leniency towards us helped but still had to go to the college every while. Fests are regular as apart from cultural fest, management fests, sports fest are organized annually. The intercollegiate business fest DISCIDIUM was introduced during our time and as many as 8-10 college students participated. A small campus with facilities by the dozens. The college campus was nice, clean and even the old building didn't look that old because the college authorities were adamant on keeping that, but they kept on renovating it every now and then. The repair work was on half the year and many internal facilities were changed during our time. The auditorium and the green room got air-conditioning installed and also the capacity was increased. The classrooms also got bigger and better as they reduced the classrooms and managed it by inviting the graduate courses during morning and junior college in the afternoon. The main building had it all from canteen to library it was all in there. The canteen was great and any one could access that. More than the college, it was the atmosphere outside the campus that was more attractive. I hardly went home after the classes as we always had some of the other plans. A place where people come from all across the globe was right in front of us. The marine drive, the 5-star hotels and some great restaurants had our date fixed. Relish was one such restaurant that we had the most outing at. I still claim that is one of the best veg restaurants in the country. Trust me, they haven't paid me to advertise that but I have never had better food than Relish till now.

The clubs, the events never let me have some leisure time. I was associated with 4-5 clubs and even headed one during the final year. I headed the chess club, and we won the major inter-college championships during the final year when I lead the chess club.
