In the year 2024 Students of Arihant Group of Institutes, Pune got direct campus placements in top companies like Wipro, IBM, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and more.
Arihant Group of Institutes’ has its own training and placement cell whose primary responsibility is to groom the students effectively so as to help them find jobs. The T&P department on one hand endeavors to develop lasting business relationships with leading firms and companies in India and abroad. And on the other, the cell constantly strives to effectively train and groom students so that they are successful in landing a job in a reputed organization.
The cell from time to time organizes training workshops, debates and discussions, addresses by industry stalwarts, and industrial visits for helping hone students’ professional and personal skills. The training and placement division encourages 2nd and 3rd year students to participate in grooming sessions and training programs.
Since the T&P cell started functioning, the department has successfully placed numerous students in eminent and renowned organizations. Some of the companies that have recruited AGI students include Colgate, JK Tyres, ICICI Bank, Honda, Bajaj, L&T, Citicorp, Tata, Spice Telecom, ITC, and Asian Paints.
