Arihant Group of Institutes was founded in 2005. It is also known as Arihant Education Foundation (AEF). It was established to enhance the quality of life by imparting quality education to students from weaker sections of society. It aims to create an inclusive society by providing opportunities to every student. It emphasises on an interdisciplinary approach for holistic development of students. AGI is a NAAC accredited and AICTE approved institute affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).

AGI Pune provides BA, BBA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Ed, M.Sc, and MBA programs to students at Bachelors and Masters Level. AEF Pune provides placement opportunities to students in different companies. The Training and Placement Cell caters to employment needs of students by acting as an interface between students and industry. The cell acts as a platform which helps students get familiar with various visiting companies and interact with them and understand their requirements. It motivates students to enhance their soft skills and technical skills and conducts workshops, seminars, etc. for the same.
Samsung, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Wipro, Sony, GE Capital, Siemens, Nestle, NIIT, SBI Life Insurance, Hewitt, McCann-Erickson, Justdial, Bajaj Finserv, Mahaveer Public School, The Lexicon Schools, etc. are some of the companies who have hired students in the past from these institutes.
AGI Pune provides state of the art facilities to students such as spacious lecture halls equipped with modern teaching aids, music room, sports room, laboratories, library, cafeteria, playground, etc.
The Arihant Group of Institutes began its journey with the establishment of the Arihant Education Foundation in 2005. The four schools of study between and amongst themselves offer higher secondary, undergraduate, postgraduate, and postgraduate diploma programs. All courses and programs offered by AGI have the official recognition of UGC, AICTE, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
