The School of Excellence in Law [SOEL] is a public state university affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University. It is situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This university has been established in the year 2002 by the government of Tamil Nadu through the state legislature. It has been recognized under the Bar Council of India (BCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). The main reason for me to join the college was its strong reputation and excellent courses that they offer. SOEL does not only provide legal education but also a platform to many learning opportunities such as moots courts, MUNs, workshops and seminars. The overall experience is best; the college has lot to offer. I joined there in 2019, 1.5 years went in Covid, and I really missed those years. You'll get ample time for personal life as well (just 5 hours of college) has internship ODs. Friendly teachers who really care about your career who themselves give many opportunities, and different college clubs to hone your skills like Moot, college -run journals, big library. Competitions are conducted often (college and others) The staffs also respect the freedom of students. Sports activities are good.Read Full Review
