The Central Placement Cell at Shivaji University understands the importance of providing career counselling and training to students so that they become efficient in facing the competitive market. The key objective of the cell is to train students with the necessary skills and understanding so that they can get recruited by leading companies. The training and placement activities include Group Discussions, Soft Skills, Resume Writing, Aptitude Test, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Job Search Tools, Interview Techniques, etc.

Each department of the university provides basic as well as advanced infrastructural facilities providing students with an intellectual learning environment.
