The Bangalore-based Krupanidhi School of Management mainly offers two academic programs in the management domain-MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Management. The MBA program on offer has the approval and recognition of Bangalore University, which happens to be amongst India’s most prestigious universities. On the other hand, KSM partners with MindShare US Learning Center for offering the PGDM program.
The Bangalore University certified MBA course has two-year duration with classes commencing from July or August. This postgraduate program in management also has the approval of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and UGC (University Grants Commission). Some of the main features of the MBA program offered by KSM are enumerated below:-
Every candidate applying to this postgraduate course must be a graduate (any discipline) having attained at least 50% in aggregate. Those scheduled to appear in the degree examination for the final-year can also send in their applications. Apart from the graduation certificate, students must obtain the prescribed percentile of any national-level management examination, including CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, ATMA, and CMAT.
KSM offers PGDM programs with specializations in Healthcare Analytics, Information Technology, and International Business through its partnership with MindShare. MindShare a US-based international marketing and media services firm founded in 1997.
The curriculum of the PGDM course runs across six sessions, each session lasting for three months. The student comes to pick up the basics of nothing less than 36 courses. Students learn the details of the courses through case studies right from the beginning. Once students complete the first year of their course, they complete an internship in a company lasting for eight weeks.
Globally-renowned business stalwarts and specialists from the US as well as India visit the B-school for holding classes. Eligibility conditions for this management program are the same as those for an MBA.
