Students are supported by the Placement Cell of the college. Career orientation programmes are organised as this helps students in getting knowledge about different career options available to them. To prepare students according to corporate industry trends, the cell conducts:

JCC has an extensive green campus which is built on 36 acres of land and is under CCTV surveillance. There are a number of fully furnished classrooms with adequate facilities. Round the clock Wi-Fi facility is provided to the students. The college canteen provides healthy and hygienic food items to the students. In JCC Chaibasa, following facilities are available for the students:

• Library: To provide resources for obtaining knowledge, the campus has a fully furnished and equipped library with books, national & international journals, periodicals, magazines, etc. A double storied reading room is available in which around 150 students can be accommodated. It is automated with Integrated Library Management System (ILMS) and facilitates e-library facility. Moreover, the college also provides access to departmental libraries.
• Laboratories: The college has various well equipped departmental laboratories with mannequins and equipment to carry out practical experiments in the relative fields of the students. There are 2 computer laboratories available which have more than 30 fully updated systems. A science lab is also available within the college campus.
• Hostel: JCC has a hostel which accommodates around 100 students and this facility is only provided to SC / ST category students.
• Sports: There are 2 playgrounds, one for cricket and another one for football. Moreover, JCC also has an adequate number of facilities for indoor games. Students get the opportunity to participate in inter-college sports events and tournaments.
• Multi-Purpose Hall: In the college premises, there is a multipurpose examination hall which has a seating capacity of around 1000 students and it is used for conducting exams, conferences, etc.
• Seminar Halls: The campus comprises 2 seminar halls with smart boards and other necessary facilities to organise various academic events like conferences, seminars, cultural activities, etc.
• Additional Facilities: Common Rooms (For boy’s and girl’s separately), ATM, Parking Facility, and many other facilities.
