Maharishi Markandeshwar University hostel provides accommodation to more than 7,000 students. The University complex houses approximately 16 hostels including around 7 boys hostel, nearly 6 girls hostel, about 2 PG hostels for medical students, and 1 for International students. Out of the total hostels, about 5 are fully air-conditioned.
The hostels at MMU Mullana provide students with an opportunity to socialise with their peers while studying. Furthermore, the hostels are designed to provide students with a comfortable and homely stay with fully-furnished rooms equipped with an individual bed, study table, chair, almirah, and attached bathrooms.
The MMU Mullana hostel fees structure depends on different types of occupancies. Students can choose from single occupancy rooms to six seater rooms, depending on the availability. The hostel fees range between Rs. 1,30,000/- to Rs. 2,40,000/- per year.

Maharishi Markandeshwar University has a code of conduct that every student living in the hostel is expected to follow in order to maintain decorum. It is the responsibility of the hostellers to ensure that any kind of damage is not made to the hostel, mess, or University’s property.
In case any students violate this rule, strict action will be taken against them including suspension or rustication. Furthermore, drinking, taking drugs, ragging, or indulging in any kind of violence is also not allowed.

MMU Mullana hostel rooms are furnished with storage facilities and attached bathrooms. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available at the hostel. Maharishi Markandeshwar University Hostel mess serves vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian meals (prepared only for international students).
