JIS University establishers, right from the inception, wanted to offer the students a perfect blend of social, cultural, academic, and eco-friendly ambience. The dynamic and vivacious university campus merges harmoniously with the academic culture resulting in the creation of a vibrant learning environment. The university founders, keeping in mind the lodging and boarding needs of outstation and overseas students have arranged comfortable and safe accommodation facilities.
Students hailing from outside the city or from Bangladesh and other neighboring countries can expect to find comfy and secure accommodation at JIS. There are separate hostel blocks for male and female students. The rooms in all the hostel blocks include the basic amenities that enable the students to lead a quality life and focus on their studies.
All hostel blocks are situated within the campus of the university. Every room contains cots with mattresses, study tables, chairs, wardrobes, and other bits and pieces. Additionally, hostel rooms are very spacious as well as well-ventilated and well-maintained. Every hostel block has a common room that contains a TV, newspapers, indoor game facilities, and so on.
The mess serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals three times in a day. Meals are prepared by experienced cooks in a very clean and hygienic kitchen. The rooms are available on a twin sharing basis and come with attached baths. Security guards maintain a strict vigil round the clock and the entire campus is Wi-Fi compatible.
