UPES, College of Engineering Studies, is one of the constituent schools of study of the ‘University of Petroleum and Energy Studies’ (UPES) situated in Dehradun. The State Legislature of Uttarakhand promulgated the UPES Act, 2003 that led to the university’s incorporation and establishment in 2003. Under the aegis of UPES are six schools of study out of which the College of Engineering Studies is one.

UPES Engineering College offers an array of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and enrolls students for a Ph.D course.
