The central library is immense with a total floor space of 6755 sq. meters, and abides by the open access system. The library contains resources for supporting the research and teaching programs of the group institutes. The department stocks approximately 45000 textbooks, reference manuals, back volumes, e-books, DVDs, and CD-ROMs.
The entire library is fully automated and all operations are thoroughly computerized. The group maintains its own bus fleet that ply in all localities of Hyderabad and the adjoining areas. The canteen has a very convivial and gregarious atmosphere and serves nutritious and healthy meals.
Aurora Group Institutions’ students make the most of the sports facilities and also participate regularly in inter-college meets organized in and around Hyderabad. Students are also encouraged to take part in co-curricular activities so that they become well-rounded individuals. The college has several clubs and students associations like literary club, photography club, nature club, cultural club, and sports club.
