I don't know about each and every faculty but this is sure that they have a huge experience in their subject as well as in the industrial field. Many faculties are very friendly in nature. The interaction between faculty and student is decent. Faculty staff provides full laborious nature to create your interest in your core subject and the technical fundamentals. They are always ready to take feedback and always attentive to your problems as well. They had their full fledged career in engineering profession and some have even written many academic books.
