The university has an active placement cell which ensures that students land their dream jobs right after completing their course. The experienced placement coordinators organise career guidance sessions, workshops, webinars and seminars helping students understand the industry they want to work in. Students get soft skills training like mock face-to-face interviews, ICT-based language training, personality development, mock group discussion, mock written test and reasoning and analytical skill development.

The campus of Brainware University is located at two spots. The first campus is at Ramkrishnapur Road, Barasat, and another one is located at EP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar. Both the campuses are situated in an airy, green atmosphere making it a serene place for learners. The infrastructure comprises all the modern amenities to cater to every needs of the students. Some of them are hostels, language laboratory, Wifi enabled campus, food court & canteen, common rooms, auditorium, etc.

The university also gives equal importance to students’ physical health and so it provides sports facilities both indoor and outdoor. A variety of events and fests are organised to allow the students to showcase their talents and creativity. • Hostels & Guest House: The infrastructure of the university consists of well-furnished boys’ and girls’ hostels. The rooms are non-air conditioned and they are available in single, double and four sharing occupancy. Some common amenities that come with the hostel rooms are electricity backup, internet services, and security. Along with this, there is an on-campus guest house to provide a pleasant stay to the hosting dignitaries.
• Library: The university has a central library which is well-stocked with books, national and international journals, magazines, project reports, rare & valuable books, manuscripts, reference books, previous year’s question papers, etc. This place allows students and faculty members to gather more information and support their learning and researching purposes. Besides the central library, there are 4 departmental libraries situated in the university building. Students can use the library from 8 am to 7.30 pm, from Monday to Saturday.
• Game Facilities: The infrastructure of the university supports sports facilities on the campus. Students can participate in games like Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, and proper facilities are provided for these games such as a playground, courts, etc. Inside the common room, students can play indoor games which also becomes a way to relax with their friends. Besides this, there is a well-equipped gymnasium room where students can workout as per their convenience.
• Seminar Hall & Auditorium: The university building has multiple seminar halls with a seating capacity of more than 150 people whereas the auditorium can accommodate nearly 400 people at a time. Both these areas are spacious and different kinds of events take place here. The halls have enough space to gather for seminars and conferences. A wide range of events, lectures, performances are hosted in the auditorium.
