VGU School of Law offers three to five-year law courses with different specializations. The curriculum is such that the students develop research expertise in the field of law. The institute has collaboration with the law firms to provide internship to the students.
Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of law is an integrated course of five years. A candidate seeking admission must have completed XII examinations with a minimum of 50% from a recognized board. After course completion, the job opportunities include Legal Advisor, District & Sessions Judge, Advocate, Solicitor, Legal Manager, HR Manager, Munsif (Sub-Magistrate), etc. The course provides an understanding of the inter-relationship of law and Management studies. It focuses on corporate law, taxation, business administration, etc.
Bachelor of Business Administration and a bachelor of law is a five-year course. A candidate seeking admission must have completed XII with a minimum of 50% from a recognized board. This course is a combination of Business administration and Law. The integrated course involves study law and legislature, along with the study of business administration and commerce.
LLB is a three-year course. A candidate seeking to take admission in this course must have completed 10+2+3 or equivalent with minimum 45% marks. The course structure is segregated into six semesters. The curriculum allows an intrinsic and comprehensive understanding of the legal system.
