Bharath Institute of Law offers two full-time integrated undergraduate programs with a normal bachelor's program in the field of Law.
A full-time five years integrated program preparing students to have the knowledge of both humanities and law. The curriculum of the course consists of areas like Economics, History, Political science followed by law specializations like Civil, Criminal, or Labor law. For admissions to this integrated course one must pass their 10+2 examination from any recognized institution with aggregate marks of 50% in the required subjects. Candidates can also join the course by appearing in any national-level entrance exam and scoring above the mentioned eligibility criteria.
Various job opportunities are available in the public and private sectors after the successful completion of the course. Graduates can choose to become a Legal Advisor, Public Prosecutor, Legal Attorney, District Judge, Advocate, etc.
A five-year professional integrated law course teaching students about both commerce and law. They are taught about Business strategies, communication, statistics, and auditing later different law subjects are introduced such as Law of Torts, Law of Crimes, Protection Law, Labor Law, etc. Students must clear 10+2 examination with an aggregate of 50% marks in all the subjects from any recognized institution. They can also join the institution by showing the marks scored by them in any national level entrance exams.
After graduating aspirants are offered job opportunities of a Lawyer, Legal Advisor, Advocate, Solicitor, or can become a professor or lecturer within a law institution.
LL.B is a three-year full-time program divided into 6 semesters and supervised by Bar Council of India. To take admission in the given course candidates having graduation degree from any affiliated institution scoring 50% of aggregate marks can apply for admission. Candidates will be selected by preparing a merit list on the basis of their marks and performance in the personal interview.
The course curriculum consists of basic law topics like Criminal Law, Labor Law, Property Law, Constitutional Law, Company & Administrative Law, etc. After completing the law degree, graduates can go for higher studies or join various job opportunities of an Advocate, Legal Advisor, Public Prosecutor, Legal Manager, or Professor/Lecturer in any Law institution.
