AIET has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell which is committed to provide placement assistance to the students and undertakes various initiatives to make students industry ready. To nurture students with employability skills, the T&P cell of the institute arranges several training programs. Experts are invited for conducting guest lectures and pre-placement talks and provide industry related knowledge to the students. Adequate facilities and arrangements are done by the department for providing excellent placement experience to the students. To facilitate on-sight job experience to the students, the cell connects with the industry to provide students with internship opportunities.

AIET invites following companies for campus drives such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro, Hexaware, Mind Tree, IBM, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Virtusa, Capgemini, Genpact, Infosys, Accenture, Zensor Technologies, Utkarsh India, HCL, Brandix, XT Global Technology, Mind Brink Media, Synergies Technologies, Corpteam Solutions, and many other organisations.

AIET Vizianagaram is built on 10.5 acres of land with world class facilities. E-learning facilities in the institute classrooms are available for the students to facilitate effective teaching-learning processes. Following facilities are provided to the students in the campus:

• Library: The central library is developed on 420 square meters of area with a seating capacity of around 150 students. This place of the institute has a number of resources which includes 38000+ volumes, 7000+ book titles, 700+ periodicals, e-books, e-journals, etc. Digital library with more than 10 fully updated computers connected with LAN and Wi-Fi.
• Laboratories: Each department has their separate laboratory which is fully equipped with modern equipments and tools to facilitate practical training to the students. To provide computing facilities to the students, the institute has also provided a computer lab. 
• Hostels: The hostel buildings for both male and female students are available separately which provides excellent facilities and a positive environment. In the hostel, recreational facilities are also available.
• Cafeteria: A well maintained cafeteria with excellent ambience which provides a multi-cuisine menu for the students. Apart from this, a canteen is also available for providing vegetarian meals, refreshments and snacks at nominal rates to the students.
• Sports: Various sports facilities are provided to the students on the 6.5 acres of the institute’s land. A large and well maintained playground which provides outdoor games facilities for cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc. To play games like chess, table tennis, carom, badminton, and others, the campus has an indoor area. For physical and mental fitness of the students, a well equipped gym has also been provided.
• Medical Facilities: A medical center is available for providing first aid facility to the students.  Doctors on part time and nursing staff on full time basis are available in the institute. Throughout the whole academic year, various medical checkup camps are organised. 24/7 ambulances are available in the campus, in case of any emergency to transfer students to the hospital.
• Auditorium: AIET Vizianagaram auditorium is developed over 20000 square meters area which can accommodate around 2000 people. It is used to organise various events, cultural activities, etc.
• Seminar Hall: To organise seminars, webinars, etc, the institute comprises an air-conditioned seminar hall with multimedia facilities like LCD projectors, public address system, screen etc. The seminar hall of AIET can accommodate more than 300 students at once.
• Transportation Facilities: AIET owns more than 15 well maintained buses for providing excellent transportation service to the students. Experienced drivers are appointed for facilitating safe transportation services to the students.
• Additional Facilities: Banking Facilities, ATM, and many other facilities.
