SOIL Institute of Management Placements: Average & Highest Package 2024, Gurgaon

Well, now this is the exciting part of SOIL as industries prepare us only to have us in their companies. Hero Moto Corp and Maruti were the ones of whom I attended the most workshops. Their working patterns and the roles that we will be doing in the future, which we have already done hypothetically many times at the campus. So, the companies were well aware of our capabilities and hired us accordingly. Maximum students were hired from the campus and placement packages offered were also juicy. So, one has to pay very high fees, and has to work double hard, but once you have placements, you will be like, 'No pain, No gain'. I am very happy with the kind of placements that SOIL provided. Banks, Auto, and IT companies led the placements at SOIL. Many students were placed as some of them were already hired directly while many had placements through campus. The placement setting was fantastic as on odd days we saw IT, Auto, and other companies, but banks were regular as HDFC Bank hires maximum students from SOIL every year. The average package offered by SOIL was 8-9 lakhs and some students who had extraordinary skills found extraordinary jobs with packages double than the average placements.Read Full Review

Companies like Hero Moto Corp, Maruti, Amazon, and others were the ones who awarded us projects, and which I did wholeheartedly. Everyone, in general, did so and most students were placed in such companies. Packages worth 8-10 lakhs were quite common here, but the grass turned into ashes for many as only 7 out of 10 could get placed. Just like everything, the placements also happened so rapidly that we didn't even have that extra second or chance to re-appear again for the interviews. Just like everything else, placements are challenging here because there are no friendships at SOIL, because dare you, if you share your projects with others as they might be the one who might take away the job that you deserved.Read Full Review
