SOIL has a Placement Department which provides Career Management Services and is dedicated to assist students in achieving their desired goals and professional success. It conducts various placement activities and Industry Mentoring Program in which students interact with corporate leaders, senior executives, industrial experts, etc.
Besides, it has set up a vision workshop to help students find their career path and goals. It also provides opportunities for summer internships to students. Apart from this, there are various placement activities conducted by the department before placements. Some of activities are skill improvement programs in areas of soft skill, presentation skill, communication skill, etc., career workshops, resume feedback, counselling of career and life goals, mock interview sessions, industry study tours, round table networking sessions, etc. are also organised.
The Placement Department has established relationship with various companies that visit the campus for recruitment or placement of students. Some of them are Tech Mahindra, Wipro, HDFC Bank, Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Airtel, Amul, Canon, Genpact, Athena Research, Sopra Steria, Paytm, Zomato, Infosys, Cognizant, etc.
SOIL Gurgaon has world class modern infrastructure which constitutes lush green, peaceful, and environment friendly campus. SOIL has different clubs for students which conducts various extracurricular activities like festival celebrations and cultural programs.
