SOIL Institute of Management Faculty Profile, Gurgaon

The faculties here do things, and when they do things, they do it big. When they have a good day, it means it's a really bad day for students. The next professor will be at the door for hours, because one single professor needs an entire day. Well, the professors here have figured it out, but again, I have already spoken about them a bit and they are quite harsh. Faculties are never seen dropping their shoulders because to get the things done from students in a rapid motion isn't easy for them too. They played a dual role as they played the kind of role that any faculties for that matter play, and then they played the role of being our friends. There were no timing issues as we could even text them at 9-10 pm and it was certain that we would receive a reply from them. So, the faculty of SOIL has shown why they are so wonderfully versatile. The new wind that is blowing has ensured one thing for sure. Institutes today spend heavily on getting the best people on board and SOIL has done no different. Many faculties who passed out from Oxford, and other such Colleges were the ones who taught us. How to manage the pace and how to manage the workload were the biggest lessons that I took from them. Module discussion and PPT presentations were closely observed by them as our tails were always on the firing line of their reach.Read Full Review
