For MBA, GNIOT MBA is ranked 99 in India by Times 2019. In B-School survey it was ranked 36th by the Chronicle. The institute treasures CSR - 2019 excellence in Education Award and CEGR 2019 - Outstanding College in North India.  The institute offers MBA, Integrated BBA, and MBA program. A candidate seeking admission in the first-year MBA must have a valid score of UPSEE/XAT/CAT/MAT with 50% marks in Graduation (Final Year Students can also apply) and 45% (SC/ST) without any grace marks. Candidates who have completed B. Sc (Computer Science) can take admission directly in the second year of MBA. Merit list for admission is prepared according to academic record, scores in management test, work experience, performance in group discussion, and interview.

For admission in Integrated MBA, the candidate must have passed Intermediate examination(10+2) or its equivalent from recognized University/Board with minimum 45% marks and 40% (SC/ST candidates) without any grace marks in admission through UPSEE counseling and in case of Direct admission the aggregate marks should be 50% (for SC/ST 45%). Final merit list is according to academic record and performance in the written test followed by group discussion and personal interview.
