Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre [JECRC], Jaipur was established in the year 2000 as a Private Educational Institution. JECRC College is one of Rajasthan's top engineering colleges in Jaipur. The college is also a self financed one and affiliated to Kota’s Rajasthan Technical University. It was founded in 2000 under NSERD society. The college has accreditation by both the prestigious NBA and NAAC, and courses are approved by AICTE. The college offers B.Tech regular and lateral entry. The college has almost all the prominent courses at UG level like CS. ECE, CSE, IT, ME, AI and Data Sciences. The college is in collaboration with Microsoft, Google Cloud, DXC technology, EC council, USA, and ASSOCHAM.
The JECRC Incubation Center is home to more than 40 start-ups. Students would be working on a project that may be a research project, or start-up project, in collaboration with industry. As a result of prior engagements, JIC has incubated many start-ups. The most recent are Jaivik (Agri), Acilives (Mobile app), The Adventure Bag Club (Travel and tourism), and Ed Apply (Edu Tech). The Incubation Center's Co-Working Space is available to incubated startups 24 hours a day and is fully functional.
It firmly believes in uplifting the society and has taken 4 initiatives Aashayein, Suhasini, Zarurat, and Soch.
JECRC has a simple process to join the college. The students can directly go to the website and fill out 10th, 12th details along with the other personal details. They can easily opt for the course they are interested in. It can be Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Artificial Intelligence or anything. The course choice is totally dependent on the student.
A large portion of admissions are made through the JEE based scores. Scores of 12th class are also taken into consideration during the counselling and admission process. The students have also been admitted based on the REAP exams and scores. REAP is Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process, an exam which is given by students who are interested in taking admission in B.Tech courses.

Buildings: The academic blocks A, B, C, and D make up the four academic blocks that make up the college infrastructure. In each of the four blocks, classes and laboratories are held. The institution has sufficient resources for teaching and learning, culture, sports, games (both indoor and outdoor), a gym, yoga, and other activities.
Clubs: The institute is furnished with infrastructure for technical activities, start-up, incubation, and non-technical clubs. There are dance, photography, and music clubs in addition to the other clubs. The college has a Bhangra Dance crew and other dance related clubs.
Hostels: The hostel facility, which offers boarding and housing, is intended for students who are serious about their studies but do not live in Jaipur. All meals are taken in the mess kitchen by residents. All the 3 meals are included with tea but eggs or other non-veg meals or snacks are not permitted. Students must obtain permission from the Chief Warden before leaving their rooms before 6:00 AM and after 10 PM.
Others: The library is automated and uses an Integrated Library Management System. Every day, teachers and students' use the library facilities as per their needs. Facilities that support ICT are available in the lecture halls and classrooms. The college also has transportation facilities for students who come from Jaipur or nearby areas.
