LNCP has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell to assist students get placed in their dream company. It is responsible for organising various activities to provide special guidance to the students to prepare them for the professional world. 

The top companies recruiting at the college are Pfizer, Ranbaxy, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Cipla, Nestle, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Lincoln and many more.

With a vibrant campus life, LNCP Bhopal is known to have an ambient atmosphere with open green space, lawns, portable water etc. The campus is well-ventilated and covered with natural light. Along with this, the entire campus is equipped with CCTV cameras. Some of the state-of-the-art facilities offered at the college are:

• Digital Classrooms: The college has an adequate number of well-equipped classrooms that are designed effectively to enhance teacher-student interaction. All the classrooms are equipped with a digital board, LCD projectors, teaching aids, etc.
• Hostels: Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls. The hostels are comfortable and allow the students to relax with the provision of WiFi, Laundry option, Gymnasium, Indoor & Outdoor Games, Open-air Theatres, etc.
• Guest House: In order to ensure a comfortable stay for the visitors at the college, a welcoming accommodation is provided in the campus. The guest house is well-maintained along with a peaceful and restful ambiance.
• Auditorium & Seminar Hall: With the seating capacity of up to 1500 people, the Auditorium and Seminar Hall of the college is generally used for hosting various workshops, cultural performances, seminars, conferences, etc. They are well-equipped with advanced audio-visual aids and projectors to ensure a smooth execution.
• Health Centre: The dispensary in the campus provides free health care service to all the students, staff and faculty members. Proper first-aid facilities are offered along with swift medical aid in the case of an emergency. The centre has high-tech medical equipment and in severe cases the patient is referred to the LN Medical, Bhopal.
• Transportation: The college provides an adequate number of buses and other vehicles for the students and staff members to commute to the college. Approximately 120 buses run between the college and major parts of the city.
• Canteen: Two spacious and hygienic canteens are available for the students and faculty members in the college campus, where they can enjoy a variety of fast food, snacks, beverages and meals. 
• Library: LNCP has a well-stocked library with 9550+ books, 18+ national & international journals, 45+ E-Journals and numerous magazines, references and periodicals. The library has a huge collection of books on Pharmacy as well. The students can also avail the option of Book Bank Scheme where they can get at least one text book for each subject throughout the course of study.
